Day 8 and trying my best.

First off I want to apologize for this being the first post in 6 days on my daily blog. I have been so entirely exhausted from doing this 20 minute routine that I have not had the energy to even sit at the computer and type. I have been really run down from this but I am trying to stay positive as I feel like I am at least doing something … it is not like anything else is working to return my energy levels to normal. Anyway I will be posting a new work out with a new exercise and another interval as this routine is working really well and I am finding it really tough. But wit this new exercise it should touch on the other two major muscle groups to complete and balance the workout.

This whole weak all the muscles I have been working have been incredibly sore and as much of an annoyance it has been, I quite like it. It is such a familiar pain but I have been unable to anything for so long I had forgotten exactly what it felt like.

On Feb. 1 I weighed 215.6 lb. today I weigh 210.4 lb, that is a good thing and a good feeling.

Food for the Day:

Started the day with medication, vitamins and greens plus.

Breakfast – omelette with grilled mushrooms and onions.

Snack – n/s

Lunch – sprout salad with assorted veggies.

Snack – cut raw veggies and dip

Dinner – Tai broccoli salad.

I had 3 litres of water and 2 glasses of tea.

All in all today was a good day I am still suffering from really low energy but I am keeping a positive mind and with diligent healthy food, exercise, meditation, tai chi, acupuncture and western medicine I am certain that in the end I will come out on top of all my medical ailments.
