Posture, how is yours?
This is a great video provided by the Victoria Zen Centre with some great pointers on the posture you should have for sitting meditation. I know when I first started meditation outside of the Dojo, I was having a very hard time. As the sitting was for a much greater length of time. I found my legs hetting numb and some times some serious aches and pains would develop. I think that this video would have helped me through a very difficult trial and error process and I hope it will benefit anyone of you who are starting on the path to a more balanced life.
